Everything you need to know about the flight attendant diet
The TWA flight attendant diet is a popular fast diet, which is inexpensive and easy to start. Here you can find answers to some frequently asked questions about it.
What is this diet called again?
Like many popular things, this diet too has many names in the dieting literature. It has been called the TWA stewardess diet, the flight attendant diet, the four day wonder diet and even the Mayo clinic diet.
How long does it take?
The diet plan is made for four full days. You can follow the diet plan twice in a row, so maximum eight days.
Is this diet dangerous?
Fast calorie restricted diets like the TWA diet are not dangerous as long as you take a three months’ break after it is finished. (Consult with your physician before starting any weight loss program!)
Does the diet work?
The diet will work for sure if you follow the diet plan carefully. The diet is based on you eating very little, so eating anything outside the diet plan might ruin your efforts.
How much weight can I lose?
You can lose up to 10 pounds during the diet. Unfortunately most of the weight loss is water loss, and you will most likely gain the weight back once you go back to your normal eating habits. However, the TWA diet is very useful for losing a bit of weight fast or for getting a longer diet going.
OK. I want to lose weight fast. What am I supposed to do now?
If you want to go on the stewardess diet, you have to get the TWA stewardess diet meal plan. During the diet you get to eat three times a day, mostly protein, fruits and vegetables. You will also drink a lot of water.
I am not in a hurry and would rather do something else to lose weight. What should I do for long term results?
If you are gaining weight, there is something wrong with your eating habits. The only way to start losing weight and actually keep it off is to find out how to diet and make permanent changes to your daily food intake. Often the changes needed to lose 20 pounds permanently are relatively small.
