  • If your work is stationary or you are sedentary, often walking or developing a similar exercise program will help. Lack of exercise can lead to constipation so get moving to get your bowels moving.
  • Avoid eating foods that might cause constipation. Meats, cheeses and processed and refined foods can cause constipation.
  • If constipation is worse you can take laxatives. Psylium husk is an excellent natural laxative. Prune juice is also good.
  • Avoid stress for this might cause constipation

It is important to note that constipation should be addressed as soon as possible. Constipation increases pressure in the anal region, which can lead to hemorrhoids. If you think constipation is bad, try having hemorrhoids along with it. Not fun. These constipation remedies are easy and simple.
